UK Shipping

We currently only ship within the UK.

For handmade to order items, please see individual listings for current lead times.

We aim to dispatch all other orders within 2 to 3 working days. A flat rate delivery charge of £4.95 will be added to your order at checkout, for standard UK delivery within 3-5 working days. An express postage option is also available at checkout; please note that for handmade to order items the individual lead times will also apply.

If you would like to receive your order sooner, then please get in touch at hello@prairiee.co.uk and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If your order is a gift and you would like to add a personalised, handwritten note then please get in touch.

Packaging

All packaging is carefully sourced and either recycled, or fully recyclable and plastic free. We recommend that you recycle anything that you cannot reuse. For fragile items we use EcoFlo loose fill chips which are 100% biodegradable and 100% compostable.

Returns

Every care is taken to ensure that you love your new purchase. However if you would like to make a return then please notify us at hello@prairiee.co.uk within 5 days of receipt of your item, where you will be provided with a return address. Returned items are then to be posted within 14 days. Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Please note that all items which are handmade to order are not returnable unless faulty.

Vintage Items

All vintage pieces are sold as seen, and due to the age of some of these items some mild signs of wear are to be expected. Any major imperfections will be pointed out in the photographs with a detailed description. Please look at the pictures closely when purchasing vintage items to avoid disappointment.

Handmade items

All handmade to order items are made by myself in my home studio, using my trusty domestic Janome sewing machine. Please check individual product listings for current lead times.
